I am in the process of studying for my G3 License, and purchased the new B149.1-15 and B149.2-15 code books from CSA. I am trying to determine if there are amendment documents for these new code books - and if so where I can get a copy of them. I want to make sure I have all of the changes in my code book so I am ready for the test. I found the amendments for B149.1-10 and B149.2-10 and a proposed one for B149.1-15 but I don't want to be studying the wrong information or missing information either.

The legal Code in Ontario is the B149.1-10 with FS-212-14 amendments. Until the B149.1-15 is adopted there won't be any amendments. I've only seen the proposed FS-XXX-15 amendments here,

CSA can release an update but the amendments, specific to Ontario, come from the TSSA.
Well I guess I wish I knew that before I purchased them as recommended by my teacher. How much different are the two versions.....is it going to really cause an issue for studying? Should I cross-reference the amendments of the old version (2010) and see if those changes were made in the 2015?
The books you have are fine for G3. You bought the right ones. You could put the proposed amendments in at the front or back.
It's more important for you to have the Act and regs in your code book for the G3 exam than the amendments.

Looks like the amendments are going live July 1, 2017.
