i have a no heat service call earlier amana furnace with B2 fault manual says blower motor hp mismatch, after resetting furnace fires no problem. I'm worried that it will go down again on the same problem.  have any of encounter a trouble like this?

Was the fan motor recently replaced?  There could be a shared memory issue between the control board and blower motor.

My guess would be a faulty fan motor or control board.  Take a look at the ECM testers on this page,

costumer said motor never been replaced. i dont know anything about this memory card. i'm suspecting the board is faulty too cause if tit's never been replaced why all of a sudden this faults appears, also if it's replaced before board shouldn't allow the motor from running if isn't the right replacement.

The replacement part should come programmed with the proper data.  I would just tell the client if it happens again to verify the lockout code and then reset the system and call you.  Who knows how long it will take to repeat the problem.  You could start with the control board, but the fan motor has an integrated control module that could also be the cause of the problem.

The B2 code seems to suggest the fan motor or integrated module is causing the problem.  I'm not 100% sure if static pressure and RPM/HP issues can cause the mismatch error.
