Good day, folks.

Wonder if you could help me out with locating a part, or some advice

Polaris Water Heater
PR100342NV

Tells me CCB board needs to be replaced. I had one spare, but that's not the real issue. The real issue is that it's not getting 5DC and 12DC from a seperate power supply board.

Problem is that the power supply board is not on any of the parts list. Nobody can identify it, so nobody can sell it to me.

Has anyone encountered this issue?

I've only noticed two control boards, parts 28 and 29 on the attached parts breakdown.  I thought it was a 120V flexible cord that fed the transformer and combustion blower.  Could the fused disconnect be bad?
