i have worked for them before and they their pay is piece work. they pay a task rate. when working with a partner task is split 65/35. When i was working I had 70/30. I wasn't there that long and didn't have much confidence in them. In my opinion they are not worth working for. Biggest bullies I have ever seen.

It depends on your role.  Installers are paid task rate, service technicians are paid hourly.

I was lead installer and worked with a bad helper. At the end of the day my task rate was usually equal too 8-10 dollars an hour. Trchnician did get paid good but also have to work long hours.
