ive had my 313d for about a year now and have yet to get any pay increase. what is the average pay i should be expecting as a 313d mechanic when looking for jobs in the future. im in the gta. i know that wages can vary from area to area but im just looking for a realistic wage to expect. im getting shafted where im at now.
$37.46 per hour is the minimum a refrigeration mechanic would make working on a Federal Government job site.

Being that you're a 313D and probably not working on a Federal Government job site I would say $25 per hour would be a good starting point.
yeah im getting 23 and theres guy that have no tickets making 30 where i am
Where do you work at and in what location?
i work in the burlignton area
they have me on install most of the time
i get some mechanic experience on weekends
Well I've been in the trade for awhile and have never been "given" a pay increase :D. I've always had to ask for a raise. Unless you work for a union you should just ask.
An experienced 313D should make $30+ per hour IMO.
In your case with over a year experience I would probably ask for $27 and expect $25. You should be at $30 by year 3, but if your mostly doing installs and you're fast then you should be negotiating a flat rate per job.
