Title: G2 as the contractor

Hello guys,
I have been working with the Hvac company for 7 years,if i want to work independently what would be  the TSSA requirement?As far as i know u have to be register with TSSA .Is there any other requirement such as insurance etc.Any suggestion ?

You will need TSSA Contractor registration, Buisness & HST registration, WSIB and insurance.

Thx for your input,
What is minimum amount of liability insurance require by TSSA,i am planning to work in residential with some rooftop units,possibly walk-in coolers and frezers etc.

I don't believe the TSSA has anything to do with insurance.  If you plan to register with the OPA for rebates you need $2,000,000 liability insurance.
