Hello, new member here I just came across this site,
I'm looking for advice on getting into this trade, I have been licensed as a G2/OBT2 since 2008 but have been struggling to find anywhere to work and have been working off and on never able to find a company who is willing to train or even capable of training new technicians.
I'm looking for a company who can help me move forward in this trade and is willing to invest in helping me become a GOOD technician but I have come up completely empty and have never had a call from a "real" hvac company.
Willing to relocate, but i prefer southern ontario/niagra,
Getting very frustrated trying to stay in this trade, I am a very hard worker who just wants to work!
I have a fair bit of experience but I want to start at the bottom and learn how to do things "the right way"
Any info or advice or leads is greatly appreciated
