Can anyone out there tell me where to get boiler service tags? the suppliers I use just stare blankly.
I am in the gta.

Actually, my mistake, Director's Order FS-072-06-R8 expired Dec 1, 2012.

The new B149.1-10 gas code was amended with Amendment FS-200-12-R2, which added Annex M to the B149.1-10 gas code.

Annex M is found on page 20 of the Amendment document. There's no real difference with the inspection tag though.
