The government and union don't seem to get the fact that there is a shortage of refrig mechanics. The average age of a refrig mech is 50 so you can assume that in 10-15 years the number out there will be cut in half. The union was instrumental in convincing the COT that the apprenticeship ratios are ok the way they are, any changes were minimal and don't affect small companies at all.
I gave up trying to hire people, just focus on good customers. When you hire more guys, all the numbers on the balance sheet get bigger, except the number at the end.
