hey guys,
i'm 30 y/o and am thinking of a change in career and have been considering taking my Gas Technician 3 & 2 courses at the Niagara Skilled Trades Academy in St. Catharines. has anyone heard of whether or not this is a good place to study?
also, i'm not exactly sure what trades require Gas Tech 3 & 2. with both of these certificates would i be eligible for an apprenticeship in plumbing, sheet metal, HVAC/R, or pipe fitting?
lastly, i want to get into a trade that is in demand. i live in the niagara region (fenwick/pelham) and am not sure there is any work out here. is anyone aware of any opportunities or can help point me in the right direction? i'd be interested in job shadowing if possible.
