Hello,
I'm a condo owner that has a personal ac on the condo roof. The current ac unit does not work and hasn't for 2 years. I have tried to replace and had over 20 companies in and not a single viable solution that's even remotely affordable.
So here is what I need I need an evaporator coil of this dimension and a unit to connect to it on the roof.
Please helps poor pets get so hot even with window ac's in the summer.
Email my bchard@hotmail.com if you have any possible solution.

Again, this is for a unit called Applied Air system #A04-05 that went out of business. I've attached some pictures if that helps.
· Air flow is Horizontal
· It's for a 1.5-2.0Ton unit (24,000BTU/H)
· Coil tube diameter ½"
· 3 rows deep
· Saturated Temp rise 52-56 degrees
· Air flow: Max 1,200
· Left coil handling
· 2 Feeds per header
· Top header
· R410A
You can purchase any condensing unit for the roof, and I would use an Air Max slab coil inside your existing air handler, part # MA24-50R410A. This coil will probably cost you $300 - $500 more than a standard A coil, but it is compatible with most R410A condensing units.
I would call Air Max and ask them for the coil dimensions, as I can't find anything online.

Is there no room to install a standard A Coil in the ductwork outside of the air handler?
