Title: Preparing to write G3 exam ADVICE
Post by: fisherman on February 27, 2015, 10:56:19 PM
has anyone wrote the tssa g3 ontario exam as of late, can anyone give me a heads up of any specific key stuff to know and keep an eye out for ?
i am going to be writing my exam at the tssa headquarters in downtown toronto and wondering in the exam which diagrams i should expect to see, electrical and piping.

another question i have is how should i manage my time during the exam because most of the time in multiple choice questions i am slow to answer, what was your plan and your experience with time management, what do you suggest i do?

i have brought the practice questions and know them of by heart and understand how to find them in my codebook, i have memorized most of the answers.
i am concerned about the safety section of the g3 test because i heard they word the question really trick and you always have to circle the best answer .

for the electrical section, i am wondering will there be questions about converting units volts, amps, ohms to (K,M,m,micro) and vice versa

what type of trouble shooting questions do they ask?

what are some important regulations and acts i should review ?

any facts about the g3 i would be happy to know about

thanks
