Thanks, I didn't think they came to inspect completed b tags before.

This is simply a way to avoid a rejection on a new service install.  If the infraction is non immediate, then the inspector will pass the inspection and issue a B tag.  The contractor can make the repair and clear the warning tag.  Enbridge won't need to come back to re-inspect or to clear the warning tag.
