wow a $150 fine, huge that will really deter this from happening in the future

The next fine will be bigger.

Repeated offences and other sections of the legislation may result in charges being laid. The result of these charges could lead to fines of up to $5,000 for the first offence and up to $10,000 for the second offence.

The fine is way cheaper than the cost of actually getting licensed, It should start at 5,000, isnt that the penalty for driving without insurance in ontario?

I agree, I'm not sure who decided a $150 fine would deter anyone.
