Enbridge Gas Distribution is changing its residential construction heat meter activation policy effective January 1, 2016. The new policy requires all builders and contractors to contact Enbridge to have a meter activated for construction heat purposes.
New appointment forms to request meter activation for construction heat and to request inspections prior to homeowner occupancy have been developed for your use as of January 1, 2016.
Fax forms are attached and will also available to download from our website at www.buildwithgas.com as of January 1, 2016. Completed forms can be faxed to Builder Services at 1-800-494-6411 or emailed to builder.services@enbridge.com.
Online forms will be available on our website as of January 11, 2016. Between January 1 and January 11, please fax or email your forms to Builder Services.
