i am operating engineer 3 . As per TSSA regulation , OE 3 are exempted from g3 and can go for g2 directly. I am planning to do g2 course but because of my job schedule I am not able to do it in the college even part time courses doesn't work for me . i work 12 hrs shift and alternate weekends . is there any college that allows correspondence/online study and practicals in college?
Fastest way is doing the full time course through hi-mark. Since you say being in class isn't an option, that only leaves you available to the challenge process, which requires a G2 or G1 to sign you off on having demonstrated you have a minimum 4000 hours of experience as a G3. Then you can write the exam, and you'd still need to do a practical test after successful completion of the exam.
