Just wanna throw this out there. I challenge my 313d exam and passed. I got a 73 but who cares its a pass. I actually found it hard . The practice exam really did help though and got me over my fear of the whole time thing. Thanks a million for providing this awesome tool.

Right on. That's the next one I need to do. I didn't realize the passing score was set so low.
Can you please fill us in on whats on it. Is there heat pump questions or any trouble shooting regarding certain pressures and temperatures and figuring out what the cause is
Hello, there is alot on subcooling, superheat so make sure to study your theory alot. A few charts for wiring and pipe sizing. simple stuff like where to place the outdoor unit and just service questions. I was super nervous going in as I challenged it but just make sure you study and you should do fine.
here is how they broke it down
1- Plan and prepare for installation, Maintnance, or service of residential ac and heat pump.
2-Assemble and install residential ac and heat pump.
3- Commision residential ac and heat pump
4- service residential ac and heat pump
5- maintain residential ac and heat pump
6- service or maintain electrical components of residential ac and heat pump.
Those were all the sections on my exam. Good luck dude!

Yes, it's all multiple choice.
I challenged the 313D exam and passed with 80% .The questions on the forum here were of great help and I did add to them as soon as I got home from the exam where memory is still fresh and posted many of the exam questions that I remembered .
My goal is to help as many as possible so let that be your attitude too right after the exam and POST as many questions as you can possibly remember.

have you added them to the forums or to the downloadable sheet? I'm currently taking the course at Himark with some of my guys they seem to be covering quite a bit of material in 2 weeks for example Enthalpy charts and all the gas laws like Charles, Boyles, Guy and combined Gas, did you see any questions like that on the exam?

Guy and combined gas? WTF is that? It is a lot to try and learn if you take the himark course. The real apprenticeship is something like 2 x 8 week full time in class. You'd definitely want to have a pretty good understanding ahead of time before taking the course there.
