Title: Low ambient control for central air
Post by: Shane on September 28, 2016, 07:42:22 PM
Hi guys. I have to install a low ambient control on a 1.5 ton central air conditioner. Does anyone have any suggestions on a specific make or model? Right now it cuts out at about 50-55f and the client needs it to run in cooler conditions.

Cheers

Shane

The easiest way is to install a Mars #33341 pressure switch to cycle the cond fan. There are electronic controls available that do a better job but are also more expensive.
