I had a Keeprite dealer install a 13 seer Maratherm unit the other day, mentioned it was under the ICP umbrella of companies. Has anyone heard of or have any problems/reviews of the brand.

They are all the same really. I don't mind working on them. Parts are readily available and well priced. I would say if it's installed well, it will work just as well as any other.
I wouldn't buy their furnaces though, they have a lot of heat exchanger problems. ICP is an inexpensive line of A/C equipment. Around here I see tons of them installed, with no serious common problems.
