One of our members mentioned this was added to the TSSA modules.  Type K is for kitchen grease fires.

QuoteAlso be aware that TSSA have put in a question regarding "K" fire extinguishers. It is buried in the module and has very little attention given it.
They are used for grease fires, remember K is for kitchen, where grease fires are usually started. Mostly used in restaurant fryer canopies.
