Title: Keeprite ntg9075fga2 furnace manual
Post by: jamie on January 09, 2018, 05:57:45 PM
Does anyone know where I can find the installation manual for this keeprite furnace? I can't seem to locate it anywhere online and customer may not have it.
Thanks!

Check the heat exchanger it likely has a crack.

Don't have any issues. Want to see vent table as customer wants to change it

If it were me I wouldn't be changing the venting unless I was changing that furnace, what year is the furnace 1998, 1999?  About 3 out of every 5 of those furnaces I walk up to have a cracked heat exchanger.

Yeah doesn't surprise me. That link doesn't have the vent table on it. He has 3 inch exhaust not even 20ft with 3  90s and 1 45 . Was wondering if could go to 2 inch if he changed it but can't find the table

It looks like you could use a 2" exhaust if the intake is already 3".
