Hey guys, so i got around to installing the Reznor UDAP 100 in our shop today and there is a part called the "Heat Exchanger Support".
It is a vertical bar along the inside of the unit which looks like it has spacer slots for the HX. It has one screw on the top and every time the unit runs it rattles.
Has any one had this problem or is there a solution?

Attached is a picture of the bottom of this support. . .
Any insight would be appreciated as it is pretty loud.

Bend the bar and tighten all the screws. You may have to cover some screws with tin tape. Or use some high temp silicone to isolate any noisy spots.

Thanks for the advice, it is much better but still rattles.
