Omg lol, that is my buddy, one of the local contractors over here in Durham region!! Word travels quick in this small industry!! Some of my buddies have had to go back and fix his work. He also got busted using one of my buddies ticket number! Small world!

No, he has never had a licence or registration number. He now has someone who is licenced doing his work for him and when I was doing my audit, the tssa guy said he had to see him the next day to register his business as a contractor. I guess he's just using the other guys ticket for that too! Hes been around for years working unlicensed/unregistered.
