hi

I am working in Refrigeration field with a company. My query is no one in my company with 313 D or A license and I want to challenge for 313D license .

Is it required on experience letter that someone with license only can sign my hours.

because in college of trades website they only mentioned work experience information should be with hours on company letter head.

someone with the same experience please guide

The don't need their license for you to challenge. The guy that signed my letter didn't even hold a gas license.
