Customer says fires sometime but not all times ,fired every when I checked it out customer says when it does not fire middle green light on control board is out when he pushes in door switch it comes back on then unit will fires
Right. green light stays on it says power left yellow light comes on when unit fires up low volts is 26 inducer amps .5 all wires look good as do all connection took board out both sides look good middle green light says ok??
Did you check the manual to see what the code means?
Did you test the flame sensor? Maybe it's dirty.
Also check your manifold pressure. Those Honeywell gas valves can overfire and the gas pressure is too high to ignite.
