As far as I know, to obtain a 313D certificate, test takers have to prove 4,500 working hours in A/C fields.

I wonder if I can take the 313D exam right after graduation like the G2 exam.
We are allowed to take the G2 test without field experiences even though G2 also requires a certain amount of working hours.

You cannot. They'll credit you a few hours for school, but, not many if you opt to try and challenge the test. They require in-field working hours.
Gas ticket is different from the apprenticeship for AC through the OCT.
The G2 only requires a certain amount of working hours if you are unable to go to school and have had a G3 with a minimum of 4000 hours of experience; to which you can then challenge it. Other than that, the G2 is typically obtained with ZERO hours of work experience. The only hands on experience required would be the quick and short practical tests during the course.
TSSA and the OCOT are completely separate from each other. In fact, the last time I dealt with the OCOT on this subject, they don't even like to see you use hours of overlap from other related trades to challenge their exams. For example, they could argue anything you learned about air conditioning while you were at school would have been for your benefit to the current courses you're allowed to get a license for, and only a fresh set of hours afterwards should count. I find it completely ridiculous. I believe a properly laid out exam and work experience should be more then enough to prove whether or not you know what you're doing.
