Hey hey, folks.
I wonder if you're familiar with a product I'm trying to find. We're all familiar with overflow sensors, or flood detectors. Either a float sensor on the overfilling drain pan, or a moisture sensor that feels water on the bottom. They all work on the principle of interrupting power.
But do you know any that make noise as well. An alarm, a buzzer, or whatever else.
I have an ADT alarm system and installed a sensor in my sump pit. Should the pump fail it activates an alarm and notifies me on an app. I would look into an alarm system for this kind of feature.
Here's a cheaper option.

I always recommend customers to toss these throughout the house https://www.homedepot.ca/product/basement-watchdog-battery-operated-water-alarm/1000800787
Even under sinks and laundry room. I have a few of them and also monitors tied into my security system.
