Title: Condensation in Fresh Air Duct ?
Post by: GlennG514 on February 22, 2021, 10:00:46 PM
Hello all,

I just recently noticed a substantial amount of water that I can only conclude as being condensation
in the insulated duct that feeds fresh air into my VanEE 90H system.

My neighbor has the same system and says not to worry... Not convinced however but he's had the system for years. I just moved in....

Should I cut the plastic wrapping just enough to let the water drip out or do nothing? I've added a picture to clarify the location of the accumulation...... I peered into the duct itself and did not feel any water at all.... it appears to be between the plastic cover and the actual duct.... literally soaking the insulation.

Many thanks for your comments and assistance...
