I am trying to wire vanEE1001 with Lennox's ComfortSync A3 tstat. The erv has wall controls, the push button type, that start the erv for 20mins. They are connected to I, OC and OL.
I found this post from 2019 about similar situation. I connected ACC1 to G and B as suggested. The erv and the furnace blower turn on together when tstat is set to Ventilate Always. If I set the tstat to Timed mode or ASHRAE mode ventilation starts just the furnace blower. If I push the wall control it turns just the erv but that is expected as erv is not interlocked with the furmace.
The wiring diagram from Lennox shows a jumper between R and ON. Which one is ON on the ERV board?

What is the right way to wire them two, please help. I am not an HVAC guy but do OK around a house.
