Title: Lifebreath 155 max damper motor keeps running

Hi,

I have a Lifebreath 155 max. Just recently the damper motor has been producing clicking noises. It seems the motor is running since the damper motor is warm to the touch. Not sure how to diagnose this issue.

Likely the damper motor is seized and you can get the cheapest replacement through Goodman.
