Title: Exhaust Filtration System
Post by: OnyxInk on May 06, 2023, 11:02:50 AM
I am working on a design to filter a laser exhaust so the large dust particles and smaller smoke particles are mostly eliminated. I have included a PDF of a design build but need some help verifying the design to confirm if it will even work. Any input would be much appreciated. *Note* I have literally no HVAC experience!

You may have no HVAC it, but us HVAC guys don't typically have experience on filtering for lasers. I've done some work installing stainless steel venting, make up airs, and controls for some large laser to rid the area of excess ozone and radiation it produces when in use. It just involved following plans specifically from engineers that apparently know what they're doing. It was quite the serious setup.
