I've got 19 year old Bryant furnace 315AAV060110. When I tried to turn it on a month ago the blower would not start. I replaced the control module on my ECM 2.5 motor and it started working however the sequence was odd. The blower would turn on and run for a short period of time and shut off and the burner would start running. After 20 min of operations the blower was constantly on and so was the flame. I turned the furnace off and replaced control board with a used one that I got from ebay. After that my blower has been always on and the burner is off and Im getting 33 code. If I turned off the thermostat the blower is still running. I examined my old control board and found that the fuse was bad. After I replaced the fuse I replaced the new control board with the old one with the same result the blower is always on and the burner does not work.
Without being onsite to check all the possibilities..
Have a look at this post here. It covers alot of things regarding code 33

It's normal for the fan to run 90 seconds then stop before a call for heat on those models, and display a flash Code 12.
Check to make sure the other safeties haven't opened. Some need to be reset manually. I would hire a pro to look at that model if it's 19 years old. A heat exchanger problem could cause the roll out switch to open, or they could call it a BVSS, blocked vent switch, on that model. There is usually a reason that safety switch trips and it should not be reset without knowing why.
