Hi
I have a nest learning thermostat. The past week the heat pump has been blowing cool air instead of warm air to heat.
I've checked the wiring and it's all good.
I'm not sure what to check next
You have to look at the outdoor unit to see if there are any error codes flashing. The issue is likely there. Usually you can reset the error code by turning the heat pump breakers off and back on.
You can tell the problem by the error code flashes?
Yes, you would need the model number or manual to refer to the error codes if they are not printed on the back of the panel you remove to check the error code.
Thank you. I'll have to see if I can find a PDF of the Manuel and go from there.
