I have a Lennox HRV1-150 (circa Sept 2002). Been offline for at least 10 years; due to a water leak that fried the circuit board. I am trying to find a replacement board but the internet is not able to find what I am searching for (either I am searching for the wrong text or it no longer exists). Can someone help me identify this circuit board? I'd like to try to replace it before I got down the "buy a new HRV" path... I have attached image of model/serial and the circuit board I have been searching for...

If you look at technical notes at the bottom it mentions revision 4. You seem to have a beige board so I'm not 100% if it's compatible.
