Does anyone know how much will cost to install a tankless water heater in Hamilton Ontario area? Thanks.

You're probably looking at $1500 for a tankless water heater at cost.  Then you may need to add venting and some minor gas modifications.  2" venting x 10' costs around $29 a length.

On average most homeowners will pay around $3000.  Probably more since Covid.

All depends on how big tenkless if 150k and no need gas repiping, $3000 is a good price.
