I have an Ox Box by Trane furnace 80% efficiency 80K btu. The model # is J801V080BM4SEA. I know that I have an adjustable variable speed motor on this furnace. Can someone tell me the possible blower speed settings on this furnace? Are there 5 (H, M-H, M, M-L, L) or just 4 (H, M, M-L, L)? Also, if anyone has any diagrams or verbal instructions they can provide to change the speed that would be amazing. But just knowing the answer to the first question would be great as well! Thanks guys! You do incredibly important work and you are underappreciated!

Look at Page 26 of the attached manual.
It looks you can adjust Low Heat, High Heat, Low Cool and High Cool.
