Title: pressure problem

wuzup new to doin service i have a brand new westinghouse 5 ton duelpack good air flow compressor kicks on but not cold enough pressure is 35/215 the low side is starten to freeze im thinking something is cloged, but it brand new any suggestionss thanks

Anything below 60psig on your low side will have a saturation temp. lower then 32F, that's why your icing up.

Check that the underside of the evaporator is clean.
Could be undercharged, could have a metering device blockage or liquid line restriction. 

Would need to know your ambient temp, and indoor wet bulb, superheat and subcooling.

Use the force (temp probe and gages) young padewan..... :D
