Good evening everybody, I need your guy's help. I have the air exchanger HRV constructo 1.5 Venmar AVS and it recently stopped working. When I turned it on and realized that it didn't work the light on the side was yellow. When I plugged it out and then plugged it back in a green light turns on and a couple seconds later I hear a couple clicks maybe 2 of 3 and after that the light turns red. When I press the reset button nothing happens. If anyone knows what to do please let me know.
If you look at Page 12 of the attached manual it mentions the sequence. It sounds like the motorized damper may not be working.

If it's not working it's likely seized and needs to be replaced. Part number 18199.
