Title: Furnace exhaust vent distance to neighbours intake or exhaust ???

What's this minimum distance for this ad new builds seems to have minimal distance between them ?

It would depend on the BTU's of the appliance.  1' for 100,000 BTU's or less or 3' for over 100,000 BTU's.

And some appliances allow reduced clearances when the same model is installed side by side.

Another consideration is if the intake was mechanical (ERV/HRV) or non mechanical (furnace).

The installation manual may also list other requirements that are more stringent than the Code, and they must be followed.

That's it eh . I've seen neighbouring houses  exhaust face intake about 3 feet away I would think it's sucking in the exhaust from the other house
