Title: pricing toronto area vs other areas

i'm bidding on new home construction hvac. i know how much i need to price things at but am hearing how cheap they install hvac for in toronto area. i istalled ductwork in the TO. area from 85 to 90. ajax pickering until market went for a crap when the gst came in.the jobsite i.m trying to get is near kingston area and builder is from TO area and trying to tell me that what i want for installing furnace and duct plus gaspiping he can get that plus an ac for less money i think its a load of shit but trying to find out what companies are charging for new home construction ty if any reply

Pricing varies huge i know alot of gus that will do all the ductwork in houses for $350 and do the furnace, a/c and gas piping for $500 So you can get each house done for $850 think about that if your paying 850 per house + materials if you get enough house you can make some serious money being real cheap.

3 houses per day and a total profit of 900 per house is quite a bit of money for not doing anything
