Title: Inside blower motor Stops

I need help please My blower motor stops running after about 10 mins and just hums not turning the fan blade,outside compressor continues to run. Do I need a new fan Motor or do i need to change the capacitor? thanks

Turn the power off to the air handler.  Spin the blower wheel by hand, see if it spins freely or if it's seized.  It sounds like it's going off on overload.  If you can't test the capacitor with a multimeter just replace it, they are cheap.  Chances are the motor won't last much longer.  Just make sure you install the right capacitor with the new motor.

Thanks for the reply yes the fan spins freely, guess i will change the capacitor. thanks again

its the cap replace the fan moter also if u can....
