i have two geha watercooled heat pumps 1 ton units that are offline to the bcu.they are both powered up with the blower running but the compressor doesnt start and i cant access them from the software. i tried resetting the bcu and powered off and on the units. each unit has the green light on, inside the unit ie. the comm board.any ideas how to get the units online

You have to verify voltage at the compressor, test capacitor, verify water pressure ect...
