The B149.1-05 with B149.1S1/1U1-07 is still the code to use in Ontario. I'm not sure what's new in the B149.1-10 code, but it hasn't been adopted by TSSA.

TSSA Field Approval Code
When adopting codes, TSSA must engage industry in a consultation process that takes approximately 6 months. This results in Ontario Amendments to the national codes. Normally, these amendments are made to reflect practical implementation issues and are based on equivalent safety. Amendments are then submitted to the national code committee for consideration at the national level.

Where would I find the B149.1S1/1U1-07 on the CSA site? My search yielded 0 results, and when I clicked on the Ontario Fuel Installer's Package I also got 0 results.
Visit the B149.1-05 Documents Section - Here (https://www.hvactechgroup.com/index.php/topic/B149)
If you work in Ontario, you should download all of the files in that section.
The B149.1S1-07 Amendment is attached below.
