Title: fp termination clearance

is it a code violation to have hydro running below a fireplace termination. wire is running in pvc conduit. its less than 2inch below where the fresh air enters the b vent.

Clause 8.18.10 of the gas code requires a minimum of 1" clearance from B-Vent to combustible material, such as PVC.  I would ask an electrician if there is any electrical code preventing your work.
