What kind of furnace is it?

I would take off the blower door and push in the door switch and try to pin point the noise.  It could be the transformer if it's secured to something metal.  I have seen alot of ICP furnaces with noisy transformers.

Try removing the screws holding the transformer in place and see if noise stops.
