Anyone know what the starting wage at Reliance is?

Aren't they unionized?  Pay would be good if they are.

yes they are unionized, and pay is based on what licenses you hold and starting position. some positions are piece work and some of the jobs are salary.

Walker is correct.

The water tank installers (G2 and ODP required) and Sr. Installer (313d, ODP, G2) are piece-work but with also a non-task hourly rate (you get paid hourly to drive to your appointment, branch meetings).

The Service Technicians are paid an hourly rate (313d, ODP, G2).

They also offer a benefit package, RRSP match contribution plan, and paid vacation. You use their tools and truck as well.

For further questions, give me a call. My team and I recruit for all tech positions across the country for Reliance and have been for over 2 years.

The following are positions we're currently working on, relocation assistance available:

Water Tank Installer: Thunder Bay, Mississauga (ODP, G2)
Service Tech: Calgary (G2 or Gasfitter B), North Bay (313d, ODP, G2), Thunder Bay (313d, ODP, G2)

Even if these territories don't appeal to you, send me your resume and I can skill market you to the proper hiring manager in your area. We've had people hired this way as well.
