I have a Lifebreath HRV MAX series. I have had this machine for a year. It has never seemed to put out much fresh air except for a few days when I just put it in. It worked well at the beginning for a few days. I finally put my phone (to video) in the machine with light to see what is going on. Here is what the video showed: When I have it set on level five the damper that brings in air from outside is shut all the time. Just a little air is slipping by the oval damper. It does not seem to be right in my mind. Does this sound like it is mal functioning? And if so what would be recommended action. I thank you for your ideas.
