Who would need the wsib registration? If u the company registered as the sole proprietorship still is the requirement?
If your working directly with the homeowner you dont need to bother registering. If you sub contract in any way, either for a builder, general or another heating contractor your locked in to paying the 4. somethjng % on all the labour portion. Wsib is the worse run organization far worse then the tssa or ocot. If you call and ask 1 question to 3 different people there you will get 3 different answers...........roofers pay 18% wsib no wonder the cash economy is picking up a little more steam every day.
