FANTECH VHR704R damper motor hot

Hello folks,

If someone could help me. I have a VHR704R HRV unit. There is a small damper door servo motor which occasionally does feel very hot (cant touch) while in closed door position. Same time it makes a buzzing noise. The motor itself does work (opens and closes damper door).

Is it control board issue or motor issue?
