Being a subcontractor for a large company ??

What are the usual terms/conditions ? How does the pay work for service and installs ?

Does enercare and relaiance have subcontractors?

I've only been an installer sub contractor not service. Being a contractor with a big company... you can expect to be given all the crap the company guys didn't want to do. You can also expect to work the hours and days the company guys dont want to. It will be usually piece work. You get paid for what you do. Humidifer, vent lengths, furnace install, etc.
